We offer the following services to our clients:
Powers of Attorney
A power of attorney is a legal document that authorizes a person of your choosing to make financial and healthcare decisions on your behalf if you become incapacitated. As Professional Fiduciaries, we step into the shoes of our client to manage all aspects of personal finance and/or agents for an Advanced Healthcare Directive. We do so when the individual no longer wishes to or can no longer act for him or herself.
Trustee and Successor Trustee
A Professional Trustee can be nominated as successor trustee and will take over the responsibilities of administering the trust. Our duty is to follow the instructions set forth in our client’s trust documents with the highest level of trust and confidence.
Executor or Administrator
In Estate Administration, a Professional Fiduciary can be named in a will and be responsible for all aspects of administering the estate. A Probate court may also name a Professional Fiduciary to probate an estate.
